There is an emphasis on grilled foods, including whole fish and lamb dishes, as well as an abundance of fresh vegetables. Thomas Schlesser designed the contemporary, 120-seat restaurant with an open kitchen, kitchen counter seating, a spacious lounge and bar area and a dining terrace.
