The Flatiron NoMad Partnership is a not-for-profit organization launched in 2006 by a group of community stakeholders—including property owners, businesses and local leaders—committed to a focus on community improvements and economic development at the local level. The area covered by the Partnership encompasses full and partial sections of 73 blocks from Third through Sixth Avenues between 20th and 31st Streets. Over 6,000 businesses make their homes in the district as well as some of Manhattan’s best-known attractions, including the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park.
