Hearth is everything the name implies; a warm, comfortable restaurant with hospitality as its goal. Marco Canora, the James Beard Award’s 2017 Best Chef NYC, employs seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients prepared with an Italian influence. Signature dishes include potato gnocchi with sage butter and parm, whole grain maccheroni with pork ragu, and beef and ricotta meatballs. An extensive wine list features many organic, natural and biodynamic selections. Hearth also offers a private dining room for large groups, accommodating up to 30 guests.
