Even as New York City continues adapting to new conditions, venues around town have begun offering planners the ability to host safe and effective meetings online and in person. At these hybrid spaces, groups can physically attend meetings, conventions and events, while larger numbers may participate digitally. These spaces feature state-of-the-art broadcasting equipment and have implemented best-in-class cleaning programs and social distancing protocols. As the City gradually continues to return to more regular business, these spaces will be able to safely accommodate larger groups for in-person gatherings. In the meantime, planners can invite attendees to experience different aspects of the City by broadcasting and hosting multiple groups of attendees at these venues. Here are just a few highlights planners should consider for their next events.
