ABC Kitchen has a design of ethereal lightness, while its sister restaurant, ABC Cocina, is all dark magic. They also share an ethos of green technology via building materials and lighting, and they source their menu items from small, sustainable farmers. At this, the more casual of the two ABC eateries, chef de cuisine Ian Coogan combines influences from Spain, Mexico and Argentina for a user-friendly tapas style menu as seen through a New American prism.
