Inspired by family history, Leopoldstadt, from widely acclaimed playwright Tom Stoppard, follows the lives of a Jewish family in Vienna over a 50-year period. Set between the turn of the 20th century and post World War II. the play invites audiences to reflect on the power of human strength, the will to survive tragedy and the love that weaves it all together. With an ensemble cast of 38 actors and direction by Patrick Marber, Leopoldstadt arrives on Broadway after a successful run in London, where it won the Olivier Award for Best New Play in 2020. Through July 2, 2023.
