The Pierre's swank Two E Bar/Lounge is a destination for classic cocktails crafted from fresh ingredients. Signature cocktails include the Pierre-Tini, made with gin, pineapple juice and homemade rum; First Crush, featuring strawberries, strawberry liqueur and champagne; and Fig & Beam, a refreshing mix of vodka, Jim Beam and figs. The lounge also offers a light-fare menu for lunch and small plates to share in the evening. Two E offers jazz every Thursday-Saturday evening. Afternoon tea service (3–5pm daily) includes traditional tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire cream and a selection of delicate pastries.
