This is the first USA location of iconic British chocolatier and cocoa grower Hotel Chocolat, known for doing things differently. Founded in 2004, Hotel Chocolat remains as driven by the guiding principles of authenticity, originality and ethics as when it began. With its organic Rabot Estate cocoa plantation and Boucan Hotel & Restaurant in Saint Lucia, Hotel Chocolat is able to link all aspects of chocolate from the tree to the consumer. In addition to award-winning chocolate, Hotel Chocolat also serves ice cream and hot chocolat in their cafe.
