Kyma's whitewashed interior, decorated with Greek pottery and ceramics, echoes the style of a restaurant Santorini. At the back of the dining room is an array of whole fish on ice, such as black sea bass and pink snapper. The Flatiron location marks an expansion for owner Reno Christou, whose flagship restaurant is in Roslyn on Long Island. Standout dishes include a classic egg and lemon soup with chicken, zucchini and eggplant chips with tzatziki, and grilled seafood.
