La Pulperia, named (and modeled) after the general stores found throughout South America, is a restaurant in Hell's Kitchen featuring rustic Latin cuisine with some European influences. Designed by Andres Gomez (Red Rooster, Whitehall, SoCo), the restaurant has handcrafted floor tiles from Mexico, reclaimed wood from Brazil on the ceiling and walls, and abundant shelving that displays top-shelf liquor, fresh produce and wines.
