Park Lane, Situated on Billionaires’ Row, is being completely reimagined. Internationally acclaimed design firm Yabu Pushelberg will create the hotel’s interiors, while mindfully restoring the existing architectural details of the historic Central Park South building. The 47-story property will feature 610 rooms—half of which provide sweeping park views—and new food and beverage concepts that include an 80-seat lobby bar with an outdoor terrace and an intimate second-floor restaurant. With the only rooftop venue on Central Park South, guests will enjoy an exclusive cocktail bar on the 47th floor set against Manhattan’s skyline.
