The Norm

Chef Saul Bolton has collaborated with the Brooklyn Museum and Restaurant Associates to introduce a remodeled and refined version of his lauded New American restaurant—awarded a rare Michelin star when it was located in the nearby Boerum Hill neighborhood. The Norm's menus are inspired both by the seasonal bounty and by the products and ingredients sourced from the restaurant's artisanal purveyors. After you've taken in an exhibition at the museum—or before—the eatery's food will further transport you into the sublime.
