NYC & COMPANY LAUNCHES THIRD NIGHT PROMOTION WITH 16 SIGNATURE COLLECTION LUXURY HOTELS THIS SUMMER

New York City (June 18, 2012)—NYC & Company, the official marketing, tourism and partnership organization for the City of New York, today announced that 16 hotels in The Signature Collection, a group of New York City's luxury hotels, will participate in The Signature Collection Third Night promotion this summer. The program gives visitors a Third Night free at participating hotels after they book and pay for two consecutive nights between June 25 and September 3, 2012. In addition, NYC & Company announced that for the first time, Third Night customers will receive both a special Key to Madison Avenue card, providing special offers at the luxury retail district on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, as well as a VIP shopping experience at Saks Fifth Avenue’s flagship store in Midtown Manhattan. New to the Signature Collection and Third Night promotion this summer is The Lowell New York, located on the Upper East Side. The 16 hotels—all part of The Signature Collection—participating in this summer’s Third Night program are: The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel; Hôtel Plaza Athénée New York; Loews Regency Hotel; The London NYC; The Lowell New York; Mandarin Oriental, New York; The New York Palace; The Peninsula New York; The Plaza Hotel; The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park; The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park; The Sherry-Netherland; The St. Regis New York; Trump International Hotel & Tower New York; Trump SoHo New York; and The Waldorf Towers.
A bonus of booking a stay at a hotel within The Signature Collection this summer is the Key to Madison Avenue card, which provides exclusive access to more than 70 special offers, including VIP services, gifts and private shopping excursions, to everything from boutiques and spas to restaurants and art galleries. Visitors who check in as a Third Night guest will receive one card per room at check-in.

Signature Collection Third Night guests will also receive an exclusive VIP shopping experience from the Saks Fifth Avenue New York flagship, including complimentary transportation from the participating hotel to Saks Fifth Avenue, a complimentary styling appointment at Saks Fifth Avenue, and complimentary shipping of purchases to the guest’s home (standard delivery to the continental United States only) or Signature Collection hotel.
