New York City (Sept 13, 2007)�NYC & Company, the official marketing and tourism organization for the City of New York, and the Queens Tourism Council invite residents and visitors to Discover Queens Restaurant Week from September 17�20 and September 24�27. The fourth annual Discover Queens Restaurant Week will showcase over 90 restaurants serving up prix-fixe lunches and dinners for $20.07."Queens offers some of the most diverse and authentic cuisine in New York City," said NYC & Company CEO George Fertitta. Discover Queens Restaurant Week is a wonderful opportunity for New Yorkers and visitors alike to visit the borough and sample great food at a great price."Restaurants participating in Discover Queens Restaurant Week present regional fare from around the world including Greek food in Astoria, Indian dishes in Jackson Heights, Latin American cuisine in Corona and Asian fare in Flushing. Some of this year's participants include: Bourbon Street Caf�, Da Gianni's Ristorante, Delhi Palace Indian Cuisine, Erawan Thai Cuisine, Jackson Diner, Junior's, Kyoto Japanese & Thai Restaurant, Water's Edge and Zenon Taverna.Queens is the largest of New York City's five boroughs with a population of 2.2 million.
