NYC & Company Highlights Must- See Shows During Annual CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival October 20-24

New York City (October 19, 2009)—NYC & Company, New York City’s marketing, tourism and partnership organization, today announced its insider guide to this year’s much-anticipated CMJ music and film celebration. The five-day festival returns tomorrow to showcase rising talent at low-cost prices in venues around Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Bands such as the Wild Yaks, Naked Hearts and Miz Metro will perform, and films including The Perfect Age of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Bananas!* and Cuba 1961: A Love Story will screen at some of the City’s most popular spaces and intimate spots for New Yorkers and visitors alike to enjoy.
