The NYC & Company Travel Trade Pass, available to certified travel professionals, offers discounts on accommodations, attractions, dining, museums, performing arts, shopping and tours from businesses throughout the City’s five boroughs.
What You Get
Hotels across the City offer discounts on room rates, while restaurants welcome travel trade professionals with special offers like a complimentary dessert or a percentage off the bill.
Pass holders receive exclusive benefits like free admission for two at the 9/11 Tribute Museum and the New-York Historical Society, for example, and complimentary entry for one to National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey in Times Square. The Pass also gives travel professionals access to discounts from Food on Foot Tours, Like A Local Tours, The Ride and other popular tour operators.
Additionally, Pass holders can experience the City’s incredible performing arts scene with deals on tickets to the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Broadway hits like Frozen and more.
How It Works
To register for your Travel Trade Pass, you’ll need to provide your ARC, IATA, CLIA, TIDS, TRUE or other agency-affiliation number, as well as your travel dates. Apply for your pass at least four weeks prior to your arrival to ensure enough processing time.
The Pass includes offers from various NYC & Company members. Make your arrangements with individual businesses and tour operators as soon as possible, since some deals and discounts require advance notice.
Note: You must apply for your Pass at least four weeks prior to your arrival date to ensure enough processing time.
